ADHD Evaluation & Treatment
Clarity, Compassion, and a Thoughtful Path Forward
Struggling with focus, forgetfulness, restlessness, or disorganization?
Whether you’ve lived with these challenges for years or they’ve recently started interfering with work, school, or relationships, it’s okay to ask:
Could this be ADHD?

At Daylight Healing, we offer comprehensive ADHD evaluations for adults of all ages. Our goal is to truly understand your experience, provide clarity around your symptoms, and if a diagnosis is made offer a treatment plan that’s both evidence-based and personalized to your needs.
What to Expect from the ADHD Evaluation Process
We don’t believe in rushed diagnoses or one-size-fits-all solutions. Our ADHD evaluations are thorough, collaborative, and grounded in science. Here’s what the process looks like:

Step 1:
Initial Psychiatric Assessment
Your first visit is a 60-minute intake where we’ll explore your mental health history, current concerns, and what led you to seek an evaluation. We’ll begin forming a full picture of your strengths and challenges, including whether ADHD, or something else, may be contributing.
Step 2:
Structured ADHD Interview
We use an ADHD-specific, structured clinical interview to explore your symptoms in detail. This is usually completed over the course of 2-3, 60-minute visits. These sessions look closely at attention, executive functioning, impulsivity, and emotional regulation, both now and in childhood. If there are co-occurring concerns like anxiety, trauma, or mood disorders, we’ll explore those too.

Step 3:
Objective Testing
To better understand how ADHD may be affecting you, we may include objective tools like Creyos Cognitive Testing and, when appropriate, QB Testing. These assessments help measure attention, memory, impulsivity, and focus in real time, offering insights that go beyond self-report. We’ll decide together which tools are most helpful based on your unique needs.

Diagnosis & Next Steps
If you are diagnosed with ADHD, we’ll talk through what that means and answer all your questions. From there, we’ll build a treatment plan that may include:

-
Medication management

-
Lifestyle and routine support

-
Supplement recommendations

-
Referrals for coaching or therapy

-
Ongoing follow-up and monitoring

If ADHD isn’t the full picture, we’ll discuss other possible diagnoses and help guide you toward the right support.
